Do you need some fresh ideas on how to map out the next step in your life as a single mom? Would it help to attract more love, money, and happiness into your life?

A vision board might be just the thing for you!

When you’re a single mom in your midlife and you feel like you’re all alone in the world, it can be hard to keep perspective on who you are as a person. After my divorce, I lost my perspective and wasn’t sure who I was anymore. A big part of my identity had been being a wife and mother. All of a sudden, I no longer had the role of wife to help define me. My old dreams were gone.

Like me, you may be raising kids on your own, or feeling like you’re the only one going through a particular struggle. It’s tough to keep your head up and stay positive during these times. I needed a new plan, but I had no idea where to start. It seemed like all I could think about was what I had lost and what my kids had lost.

How could I dream a new dream?

One way to help yourself is by creating a vision board.

After a major transition, a vision board can be a useful tool for creating a new life. Creating a vision board gives you a visual representation of the new life you want for yourself and your children.

Girl! Like those old, outdated size 4 jeans👖 that don’t fit hanging in your closet, sometimes old, outdated dreams just don’t fit. It’s time to buy new jeans that fit fabulous AND dream a new dream.❤

A vision board is a great way to dream new dreams.

A vision board is a visual representation of your goals and dreams. It can help you focus on your goals and get motivated to achieve them.

The most common type of vision board is the one with pictures, images, quotes, and affirmations. It’s a collection of images and words that represent what you want for your life.

It is not just a pretty picture, but it is a powerful tool that can help you manifest your desires.

It can be as simple as cutting out magazine pictures and putting them on a poster board or as complex as making an elaborate collage on the computer. It can include images of your family, goals, dreams, and aspirations.

Creating a vision board is a great way to get clarity on what you want for your life.

It can help you stay focused and motivated, and it’s also a lot of fun!

What To Include On Your Vision Board

There are no rules when it comes to creating a vision board, but there are a few things to keep in mind:

Make sure your board is specific to you and your family.

This isn’t a project you do with friends or colleagues.

It’s a chance for you to really think about what you want for yourself and your loved ones.

Don’t get too caught up in the details.

The point of a vision board is to give you a general idea of what you want, not to plan out every last detail.

Find the Time and Space for Your Vision Board

One of the best ways to find time and space for your vision board is to make it a priority. Schedule in time for your vision board. Find a place that has enough space and is conducive to creativity.

If you have a lot of clutter, then it might be hard to find the space that you need for your vision board. The more clutter you have, the more difficult it will be to focus on what you’re trying to achieve with it. It may be helpful if you clean up beforehand or try doing your creative activities in another room entirely.

You want it to be a constant reminder of your goals and a source of inspiration when you’re feeling low.

Now that you know what to keep in mind, it’s time to get started!
